NCR (no carbon required) or carbonless forms, have eliminated the need for carbon paper between sheets to create multiple copies of the same form.
NCR forms have lots of uses with some of the most common being invoices, statements, purchase orders, contracts, work orders, applications and receipts where multiple copies are needed for customers, sales people, accounting, agents, mechanics, workers, etc.
We offer 3 products: Sets, Pads and Books, which can be customised to suit your needs.
Sets
Individual sheets are glued in to sets. These sets remain as individuals, to be filled out and then the sheets separated to use as you wish.
Pads
Individual sets are glued in to pads, in 50 or 100 sets per pad. These can be filled in and then all sheets of the current set used can be removed to use as you wish.
Books
Individual sets are bound into stapled books with spine tape in 50 or 100 sets. These can be filled in and one or more sheets are perforated to be removed and one or more sheets are not perforated and so remain fast in the book.
Printed on white 80gsm bond non NCR paper, our printed pads are available in a range of sizes from A6 to A3. Reverse printing, numbering and drilling are also options if needed.

Of course! Call us on 0113 2000 603 (there’s usually someone in the office between 8am and 5pm). You can also email through any orders to orders@ncr4less.co.uk. We can manually add your order to the system, assign it to your account and you will then receive details on how to pay.
Not at all 🙂 We are proud to offer our products to all customers, end users, organisations, businesses, retailers, charities, sole traders and individuals as well as trade printers.
We will process your order and send a proof over for checking if you have selected that option. If not, we’ll get your job straight into production. Typical lead times are around 5-7 working days but it depends on the size or complexity of the job.
All our jobs are sent under plain white label wrap. There will be no delivery notes or our branding with the job, meaning we are ideal for trade users sending direct to customers. We use DHL as our main courier. All deliveries are free for UK mainland shipping.
We can look into shipping your order internationally and give you an estimate on costs. Please contact us to discuss, as the online ordering platform allows only UK delivery.
At our secure checkout, we use Stripe as a payment platform, which allows all the major UK credit and debit cards. We also offer payments through PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. We also offer a BACs option whereby the order total can be transferred directly to our bank account. Please note no orders will be produced until payment has been taken. If we raise an order manually for you, you will receive an email with payment options.
Yes, an invoice will be automatically generated and attached to your order confirmation email. If you need a copy or can’t find it, just contact the team.
All invoice numbers correspond to your order number, and will show your VAT charges.
Yes, all our products are subject to VAT and this will be added and itemised at checkout.
To keep our pricing competitive, ee only accept payment in advance for all orders.
Our ideal format is PDF, but we can accept word, excel and office files. Printing from an image file such as JPEG or PNG is not ideal, but we can certainly advise.
Sure. If you select the option when ordering, we can design and proof your job artwork. Simply get in touch after your oder to let us know what you need. All artwork and designs are kept on file for reordering, or amending as necessary.
We keep all artwork on file for repeat orders or amending as necessary.
If we create your artwork, we will proof until you are happy. If you selected proof at checkout, we will create and send over before production. All other jobs will go straight to print. Please note, our lead times are based on your artwork being approved.
